2009  -  First prize  -  Make it Right student house design competition to rebuild New Orleans post Hurricane Katrina. 

2011  -   Finalist  - Young leaders for Future Cities competition - Constructing sustainable environments and relations.

2012  -  One of eight creatives selected amongst over 800 portfolios world wide to participate in the SID LEE bootcamp. 

2015  -  Bolton residence, designed while working at naturehumaine architects is shortlisted for the Order of Architects of Quebec best houses award.

2015  -  David's Nepal video gets published on Rough Guides and gets over 47 000 views. 

2016  -  Passion Passport do a feature on David and interview him about making a travel video through India.

2016  -  Nepal + India, A photography exhibit by David Dworkind and Matthew Hood.

2016  -  David's adventure photography is published on  the notorious social media account Instagood.

2016  -  Western Canada video gets featured on the Outbound collective.

2016  -  David's photo of a moose in Japser National Park, makes the cover of The Fitzhugh newspaper.
